Briana Rose is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She completed her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences at the University of South Florida where she graduated summa cum laude. She then went on to complete her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies at South University Tampa and graduated with high honors. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked on a med-surg floor at UF Shands Hospital, caring for a broad spectrum of patients.
Briana grew up on the east coast of Florida near Cocoa Beach and moved to Tampa after high school. Her hobbies include being on the boat with her family, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her husband and pup.
Andrea Barnett is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and graduated from the University of South Florida with her MSN in 2019. She joined NeuSpine in early 2020.
Andrea has been specializing in Neurology, including Neurological Surgery, since 2015. She previously practiced as a registered nurse and assistant manager at a level 1 trauma center, where she cared for complex patients and assisted in integrating patient-centered rounding facility-wide.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her fiancé as well as their two dogs. Her hobbies including traveling, reading, and exploring new restaurants around the Tampa Bay area.
Jennifer Loeper is a Family Nurse Practitioner with her Doctorate from Frontier Nursing University. She joined Neuspine Institute in September 2020. Jennifer has over 20 years of clinical experience in healthcare and is adjunct faculty at Pasco Hernando State College. She is certified in advanced injection treatments and trigger point injections, all of which aid in treating patients who suffer from musculoskeletal conditions.
James “Tripp” Prevatt is a Board-Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Florida with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in December 2023. He joined Neuspine in May 2023.
Before transitioning to his current role as a provider, Tripp worked for four years as a registered nurse at Moffitt Cancer Center’s neurosurgical unit, gaining extensive experience in neurosurgery and other surgical specialties, including head and neck, sarcoma, and genitourinary.
Outside of work, Tripp enjoys staying active with workouts, spending time with his wife, and caring for their three dogs, two cats, and one leopard gecko. When he can, he tries to catch as much soccer as possible.
Chelsea Noelle Timonera is a board-certified physician assistant (PA-C) and was raised on the east coast in Melbourne, Florida. She received her Bachelors of Biomedical Sciences and Minor in Public Health at the University of South Florida, Masters of Health Administration at the University of Central Florida, and her Masters of Clinical Medical Science at Barry University in Miami, Florida. Chelsea previously worked with Dr. Patel as a medical assistant when he was completing his Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management in Melbourne, FL, and after PA school, decided to join Dr. Patel at NeuSpine Institute in the Spring of 2024.
In her free time, Chelsea enjoys traveling and eating different cuisines. She loves water sports, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family and cocker spaniel-poodle mix Nori.
Jordyn was born and raised in New Jersey before relocating to Florida, where she pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the University of North Florida. With several years of experience as a registered nurse in inpatient care, she later advanced her education at the University of South Florida, earning a Master’s degree and becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).
Outside of her professional life, Jordyn enjoys quality time with her family, friends, and two beloved dogs. She loves boating, attending concerts, and embracing the outdoors whenever possible
Natalie Barcinas is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) hailing from Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Mercyhurst University in 2022 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Mercyhurst in May 2024. During her studies, she was inducted into the National Honor Society of Physician Assistants, recognizing her academic excellence.
Natalie relocated to Florida in June 2024 and joined NeuSpine in August. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, exploring new coffee shops, and unwinding with cozy nights at home.
Lauren Schwab, FNP-C, is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a distinguished academic and clinical background. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2015) and Master of Science in Nursing (2019) from the University of South Florida (USF) and completed her PhD in Nursing Science in 2023. Her doctoral research focused on psychological distress and resilience in breast cancer survivors with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy.
Before joining NeuSpine, Lauren worked in research with breast cancer survivors and taught in USF’s undergraduate nursing program. She has extensive clinical experience in medical-surgical units, cardiac stepdown, and pre-operative/post-anesthesia care at an ambulatory surgery center, providing care to a diverse patient population.
Originally from Belleair, Florida, Lauren returned to the Tampa Bay area after earning her first degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida (2012). In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, outdoor activities, spending time with family, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Lindsay Castro is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Master of Science degree from the University of Tampa, earned in May 2024. With nearly 14 years of experience as a registered nurse at Tampa General Hospital, she has honed her skills in cardiothoracic/transplant care and women’s surgical settings. Additionally, Lindsay has contributed her expertise part-time at the gynecologic oncology clinic at Moffitt Cancer Center.
Outside of her professional life, Lindsay cherishes spending time with her husband, two children, and their two lively dogs. Her personal interests align with her children’s activities, including competitive baseball and dance. Lindsay is thrilled to bring her extensive experience and compassionate care to the NeuSpine team.
Lindsey Cornwell is a certified Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in the state of Florida and California. Lindsey graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Massachusetts in 2014 with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She has been working as a Neurosurgical PA since 2015.
Before becoming a PA, Lindsey worked at the University of California in Irvine doing Alzheimer’s disease research and obtained a Master’s of Science in Gerontology at San Diego State University. She has also attended Harvard University for her pre-medical sciences diploma and has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Wheaton College in Massachusetts.
Lindsey moved from California to the Tampa area in 2019 and joined NeuSpine in March of 2019. She moved here with her husband, as well as their two dogs and two cats. In her free time, she loves to travel, snowboard, wakeboard, and loves going to concerts.
